I'm Solby, the owner and lead photographer at True Daughters Photography. I've been doing photography since 2012, when I first bought a camera at Best Buy. Whether it's a wedding, a family portrait session, or a business branding shoot, I strive to capture beautiful images that tell a unique story.
I'm based in Southwest Florida, but don't let that hold you back - I'm always down for a good road trip and have traveled around the state to capture the special moments of my clients, and I’m open to traveling out of state! My style is a combo of candid and posed shots.

✨ A LITTLE ABOUT ME ✨
While most photographers don't love being in front of the camera, I'm the exception - I love being in front of the lens as much as I love being behind it. Sometimes I even do my own self-portraits because, let's be real, I'm extra.
In addition to photography, I've also picked up videography skills and I use Nikon and Sony cameras for all my shoots.
I'm always up for trying new things and experiencing new adventures.
I'm a huge fan of Disney and Star Wars. If you're a casting director and you're reading this, please consider me for a Star Wars role - I promise I won't disappoint!
One of the most impulsive things I've ever done was traveling to New York for the first time to try and get tickets to SNL. I slept outside 30 Rock in the freezing cold to get stand-by tickets, and it was all worth it because Adam Driver was the host. Needless to say, I'm a bit of a risk-taker and I'm always up for a good challenge!
